Join us for a virtual beer dinner with culinary guest MIHO Catering Co. and award-winning craft brewery Belching Beaver. You don’t want to miss out on this unique virtual experience. There will be a variety of limited release beers that are thirst-quenching and abundantly flavorful. This dinner will take your palate on a ride through 4 different styles of beer, paired with an outstanding 4-course meal. We hope you enjoy what we have prepared for you, and have some Dam Good Times! First Course - Smoked Bay Scallop Escabeche with SPECIAL RELEASE // fresno chilies, pineapple, passionfruit, ginger, cucumber, fennel with taro chips Second Course - Citrus & Jicama Salad with Hazers Gonna Haze (Hazy IPA) // cara cara and blood orange, achiote beets, toasted pistachios, mache with chicken chicharrones, and a hazy IPA chile vinaigrette Third Course - Braised Lamb Mole with Viva La Beaver (Mexican hot chocolate stout) // all-natural lamb in house-made mole with smashed plantains, chayote, radish & fennel salad Fourth Course - Milk Chocolate Tart paired with Batch 9 Sour (blonde sour beer blend - 12.7 oz. bottle) // milk chocolate mousse & dark chocolate ganache, maldon salt, pickled green strawberries, market berries, and chocolate mint * Vegetarian menu available upon request *
